Knowledge & Skills:

• Direct experience with enterprise applications.
• Ability to document "As Is" processes and develop "To Be" processes in collaboration with business units.
• Proficiency in gathering and understanding detailed functional requirements from business teams.
• Collaboration with IT teams to ensure alignment of designs with business objectives.
• Experience in converting requirements into designs/configurations for testing, review, and implementation plans.
• Providing post-implementation support for implemented solutions.
• Preference given to candidates with previous exposure to IBM Notes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Previous experience with enterprise systems.
• Good understanding of documenting business processes.
• Demonstrated organizational skills in project management, meeting facilitation, and defining solutions with the business.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to articulate business solutions and effectively communicate with technical teams.
• Strong competency in basic Microsoft 365 applications, as well as Visio, Access, and MS Project.
